At Kakolicious Nail Studio, we're passionate about helping you achieve and maintain healthy, beautiful nails. Our goal is to provide you with services and guidance that enhance the natural beauty of your nails while keeping them strong and in the best conditions. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our valued clients, we kindly request that your review our salon policies:
- Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy: We kindly request that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reserved services. Clients who fail to notify us of a cancellation without prior communication through a call or text will not be allowed to make future appointments, and a cancellation fee may apply.
- Late Arrival Policy: We allow a 10-minute grace period for scheduled appointments. If a client arrives late, we’ll do our best to accommodate, but the service price remains unchanged. Clients must pay for the booked service, even if it's modified due to lateness. If a client books for a solid color and arrives more than 10 minutes late, the service will be cancelled, and the cancellation fee will apply.
- Service Changes and Nail Art Clarification: To make changes to your booked services, whether it's downgrading or upgrading, please notify us at least one week before your appointment. Changes made less than one week prior may require you to pay for the originally booked services. While we'll do our best to accommodate upgrades, availability isn't guaranteed. Additionally, if you are uncertain about the nail art category, simply send us a picture, and we will assist you in selecting the right category for your perfect nails.
- Nail Repair Service Policy: We do not provide complimentary nail fixes. We take pride in delivering the best service, and we kindly ask you to take good care of your nails until your next appointment. If you require a broken nail repair appointment, there will be a full-service charge.
- Sanitary Food Policy: To uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness, we kindly request that clients do not bring or consume outside food during their appointments. Your cooperation in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment is greatly appreciated.
- Payments and Refunds Policy: We accept payment by major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash for your convenience. Please note that all payments are non-refundable.
- Thank you for your Support: Gratuity is not included in the service price. While it’s not required, tips are appreciated and can be given in cash or through your artist’s preferred payment method (e.g. Venmo or Zelle).
Your appointment booking signifies your agreement with these salon policies. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse service to any client who does not comply with our policies or exhibits disrespectful behavior.
